Napa, Calif. — At the fall edition of The Cosmetic Bootcamp (CBC), attendees learned that numbers alone may understate the complexity of aesthetic nonphysician provider compensation.
A recent survey showed that on average, full-time nonphysician aesthetic providers earn $158,670. But with variables including salary, hourly pay, commissions, bonuses and benefits, said Mary Beth Hagen, virtually every respondent’s pay scheme is unique. She is CEO/founder of TITAN Aesthetic Recruiting
The company undertook the first-ever survey of nonphysician aesthetic provider compensation to highlight what it costs a business to hire an injector, and how injectors should approach loyalty and building the practice’s brand, she said. Based on 88 respondents, the survey does not indicate what providers should earn or employers should pay, added Ms. Hagen.
