Rebecca C. Tung, MD
Dr. Rebecca Tung is Director of the Division of Dermatology at Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. In addition to expertise in cosmetic dermatologic surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery, special areas of interest include laser surgery, skin cancer therapy and general dermatology. Advanced techniques including minimally invasive cosmetic surgery, sclerotherapy, soft tissue augmentation and facial sculpting (Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Juvederm, Sculptra, Botox and Dysport), chemical peeling, full and fractional laser resurfacing are also features of her practice.
Dr. Tung also maintains a cosmetic dermatology practice in Cleveland, Ohio in association with MetroHealth Medical Center.
Dr. Tung has published several articles and textbooks as well as making numerous national and international presentations.
Dr. Tung received her medical degree from Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. She completed her internship and dermatology residency at the Cleveland Clinic. Her fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery was also completed at the Cleveland Clinic. She later served on the faculty at the Cleveland Clinic teaching Mohs and Dermatologic surgery.
Dr. Tung is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Women’s Dermatologic Society. Chicago Dermatologic Society, and Cleveland Dermatologic Society.
